"What are the TOP 10 WORST
Infrastructure Projects of all time?"
That is the question that popped into my
mind when I recently performed at an
event for the International Right of Way
Association (BTW - a great group!). The
group was celebrating the "TOP 10
Best Infrastructure Projects in the Past
75 years".
A list which included: |

9) Golden Gate Bridge
8)TransAlaska Pipeline
7) Florida’s Turnpike Confederation
Bridge
6) Austin Clean Water Program
5) The 2nd Tacoma Narrows Bridge
4) City of Phoenix Light Rail Project
3) I-10 Katy Freeway Expansion
2) Austin Clean Water Program
1) Interstate Highway System

A really interesting list and all
very worthy. Which made me wonder -
what projects would go on the bottom of
this list? So I prepared the
following:
